Our Foundation & Purpose

S&C Women and Youth Support Initiative is a charity organization established with the intent of meeting the basic survival needs of women, single mothers, and orphaned children.

We reach children coming from hard-to-reach areas in the Rwenzori mountain ranges, providing financial support for basic education and continuously monitoring their academic progress so obstacles hindering their growth are removed.

We support women, single mothers, and youth operating in local markets, salons, fish businesses, and tailoring. We train them, provide startup capital, and closely monitor their business progress to ensure long-term self-sustainability.

Our head office is based at Tree Shadow Zone 9 B, Nankulabye, Rubaga Division in Kampala, Uganda’s Central Region, from where we coordinate field operations reaching from the city’s urban slums to the hard-to-reach Rwenzori mountain ranges. Written correspondence can be sent to P.O. Box 2064, Kampala GPO (postal code 189923), and our team can be reached on +256 701 890046 by call or WhatsApp, or by email at info@scinitiative.org.
